How Does RocketCCW Work?
Currently, the State of Virginia has a unique CCW loophole that allows residents of ANY state to get qualified for their CCW online!
Getting a Virginia CCW allows you to legally carry concealed in over half the country!
But, Virginia is now officially closing this legal loophole. If you want to take advantage of this opportunity, get started today!
We will be closing this site and the course at the end of 2020.
Tennessee is now offering an online CCW. Learn more here: Tennessee Online Handgun Permit
With RocketCCW you can:
- Take a 20-minute online course from a certified instructor,
- Download your certificate after the course,
- Apply for your Virginia CCW with your certificate, and
- Once you’ve got your Virginia CCW, carry concealed in the following states!*
*PLEASE NOTE: Although you can legally carry in the states above when travelling, residents of some states are required to get their home-state’s permit to carry while in their home state. State laws are subject to change and it is your responsibility to confirm local laws prior to carrying concealed. This is not legal advice.

Get Your CCW Fast
There are two ways to get your Non-Resident Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit:
Option 1) You can find a local range, gun-shop, or “instructor” to teach you. Hopefully, their location isn’t too far away. You can then ask to see the instructor’s credentials to ensure that they are approved by Virginia, that their certifications meet the requirements, and that they are valid. Hopefully, the instructor actually knows how to teach in a professional and engaging manner. Next, look through their calendar to see when the next available training course is and hope that it’s fairly soon, that it’s not already full of other students, that it’s on a day that you can make it, that it won’t take-up your whole day (or days), and that it’s affordable (less than $100?).
Option 2) You can take a 20-minute course from RocketCCW that is taught by an approved, certified, and professional instructor, wherever and whenever you want.
